How I Finally Managed To Quit Smoking

I am Janno Damgaard and I live in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Like a lot of people I began smoking at an early age, actually I were not even 10 years old when I smoked my first cigarette, one that a friend of mine had nicked from his dad.
We smoked it in the back stairs a few blocks from our homes, and as far as I recall it was not a very pleasant experience, but I think we felt cool or something…
