By combining the two words, Dahn Hak refers to the study of the bodies energy for the purpose of improving well-being. While this translation is probably a bit more literal than intended, it is relatively clear that Dahn Hak, or Dahn yoga, refers to improving the bodies manipulation of energy in a continuing effort to utilize energy for the benefit of the individual. 

 

With this intense training regimen, the practitioner’s ability to communicate energy throughout the body allows them to increase their health to the extreme fitness levels and improve their mental faculties.
