Save Money On Bargain Books
Every member of my family loves to read, including myself. To me, there is nothing better than curling up for an hour each day to lose myself in a book. My daughter begs me to read her a book each night before bed. Though she cannot read on her own yet, she will page through her books each day telling the story or inventing a story that she thinks the pages say.
Needless to say, there are books scattered all over the house. We have numerous bookshelves that are just filled. People will often comment as to how much money we have invested in books but I simply smile. Others usually don’t know that we aren’t spending as much as they think that we all. All of our purchases tend to be bargain books that we search for and happen to come across in passing. What do I consider to be a bargain book? Anytime that I don’t have to pay the retail price for a book, that’s a bargain. When public libraries have their annual book sales, I walk out with bags and bags of bargain book purchases. Sure, they may be a little bit worn and not look brand new but as long as the words inside are still effective, paying fifty cents for book simply cannot be beat.
