Difference Between Natural And Organic Foods

Natural foods and organic foods are quite the same in their composition and method of production. Both are grown using only natural or organic method of growing crops without the use of any synthetic chemical fertilizers or pesticides. However, natural food items are processed to a certain extent to help preserve them for a longer period. Organic foods, on the other hand, are not preserved at all. While natural food items may have certain preservatives, organic foods are in their real natural form. Organic food items also need to pass some strict tests made by various governments around the world that ensure their quality in order to be labeled as organic. On the other hand, natural foods do not need to pass any such tests in order to be called natural.
