Degrees Offered From Los Angeles Community Colleges

The areas of study include Health Care, Technology, Child Development, Entertainment, and The Arts. One of the other members of the Los Angeles Community College District is the Los Angeles Harbor College. More than 8,000 students attend each semester and departments include Computer Technology, Nursing and Business Administration. The Los Angeles Mission College, in the San Fernando Valley, has a wide range of opportunities to study various subjects, including Chemistry, Microbiology, Zoology, Journalism, English, and Geography. It is the youngest college of the Los Angeles Community College District.
