The Zone Diet for the Zone Dieter!

The Zone Diet for the Zone Dieter.  Well that’s what my Mom calls herself, a Zone Dieter!  To be honest, it’s the only diet I have ever seen her stick to and succeed with.  She really does look like a different lady as a result of this diet plan.  She’s obviously a lot healthier and happier.  She’s also saved a fair bit of money too according to her.  Apparently, all that junk food snaking and fast food takeaways were pretty expensive, and now that she’s changed here lifestyle because of this diet, the savings she’s made as a consequence has come as an unexpected bonus.
